Lombard St Portland, Oregon 97203 SCHOOL ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT TERMS OF AGREEMENT, I understand that upon signing this agreement (clicking the button below)I am enrolling in the courses indicated below, necessary to complete the Real Estate Pre-License Program and apply for a Real License: Real Estate Law (30 hours)...........Real Estate Finance (30 hours) Real Estate Practice (30 hours)......Real Estate Brokerage (20 hours) Real Estate Agency (15 hours)........Real Estate Contracts (15 hours) Property Management (10 hours) Upon successful completion of the course of instruction, the student will receive a "Certificate of Completion". I also understand: - I understand and agree not to hold Voss LLC DBA Century 21 Peninsula Realty liable for any reason if I do not pass the State or National exam. - I must complete the contracted hours within 3 months of enrolling in the program. - Courses are conducted on an independent home study basis and I am responsible for completing the required hours within the designated period. - If completion is not accomplished within this time and I have failed to notify the school in writing that I am withdrawing I may be charged for the total number of contracted hours. - Should I wish to continue the course or program, I may be required to purchase updated materials and pay additional course and/or material costs. Program Cost: The student enrollment fee includes use of all computer materials. Materials intended for group use must remain in the office. There are no other books or supplies required and no other costs involved. Enrollment charges consist of the following: Tuition $ 480.00...........Registration Fee $15.00 Schedule: Courses are conducted on an independent home study basis. Each course is 10 to 30 hours in duration and students must study for the required number of hours for each course. Effective Date: The effective date of this agreement is the date it is signed by the student and an authorized representative of Century 21 Peninsula Real Estate School. by signing up for this course, I agree with the requirements of this enrollment agreement
