This course meets the required 7 course curriculum and 150 hour requirement of the State of Oregon. Besides providing the required content material, the course is designed to prepare you to pass the State and Exam at one sitting. The course provides audio lectures, text learning, and interactive examinations. A book is available, but not necessary. The course provides a "live" counselor through use of a 1-800 number who is available 73 hours a week. The times are from 7AM to 8PM weekdays and from 8AM to 5PM on Saturday. On Sunday, counseling is done on a voicemail-call-back basis. In addition, there are optional Mock State exams designed to be similar to the actual State Examination. This includes National questions and Oregon specific questions. The State exam is made up of 2/3 National questions and 1/3 Oregon specific questions.

This course meets the Oregon State 60 hour requirement to obtain a Property Management license. It also provides the Oregon Cram Exam course in preparation for the State Exam. In obtaining a property management license, the licensee can manage property of others and charge a fee for services rendered.

Brokerage Administration and Sales Supervision or BASS - This is for those licensed brokers that wish to obtain their Oregon Principal Brokers license. This is the required 40 Clock Hour Course. If you have already passed the Brokers Exam (since 7/2002), you will not have to take a State Exam. If you were licensed prior with the old Salesperson License, you will have to take and pass the current Brokers Exam. We can also prepare you for this Exam.

Oregon Practice Exams - This is a series of Mock Exams that will help you prepare for the State Exam. Each Mock Exam will include a Brokers Closing statement designed to be similar to the one you will see on the State Exam. This course is automatically included with the Oregon Pre-License Package course.

This is a series of Broker Closing problems. They are designed to help you prepare for this section of your State Exam. Note - these problems are based on a National Basis and does not reflect specific requirements of your State Regulations. Example: Property tax settlement will be based on a calendar year basis.

This is a course designed to sharpen your skills for taking the State Exam. Example: a licensee that needs to take the Brokers Exam to obtain their Principal Brokers License. It is an "Exams Only" course and does not provide any clock hour credit. It provides over 80 examinations to practice on. This course is automatically included with the Oregon Pre-License Package course.

This course is designed for students that will be taking the Oregon section of the State Exam only. Example: an out-of-state Broker wishing to become licensed in Oregon as well. This course is automatically included with the Oregon Prelicense Package course.

These examination questions are designed to prepare a student for the National Portion of the State Exam. The content and style represent past questions utilized for the exam.

This course is designed for students that need a little extra help in working with the Math Problems on the State Exam. It will provide basic math instruction and their use within the real estate profession. Most of this material is automatically included with the Pre-License Package course.
