Our complete online real estate training school is open for business with both mail order and online courses. Online courses include online study material, audio lectures, exams, and instant grading! Optional books are available for each of our courses as well.
STATE OF WASHINGTON
Courses include Instant Access Real Estate Pre-License (State Exam Training) and Continuing Education Courses that include 30 Clock Hour Real Estate Practices, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Finance, and Real Estate Principles. We also offer the required 3 hour Core Course and short 3 hour, 4 hour, and 71/2 hour courses if you need additional hours. New courses will be added regularly!
STATE OF OREGON
Our Pre-License Course includes each of the 7 required courses for Pre-License training. It is approved for the 150 hour requirement on a completion basis. Give us a call for the nearest location of the 15 Oregon schools that we support.
OREGON PRE-LICENSE
We offer Pre-License Training for the beginning Brokers Program, Property Manager program, and the BASS Principal Brokers program. All courses are done online 24 hours a day/7 days a week and on any computer that you can get online with. No special down loading, no CDs, or like combination. Simply go online and “get to work”. Our servers will keep track of your progress and always bring you to the page where you left off.
OREGON CONTINUING EDUCATION
All of our Continuing Education courses, such as Advanced Practices, are provided 24/7 and on any computer that you can get online with. Again, there is no special downloading, no CDs to fool with, or like combinations. Simply go online and “get to work”. Our servers will keep track of your progress and always bring you to the page where you left off.
